BLISTERS/BUBBLES ON FILM SURFACE 
Overly moistDry previous to thermoforming process
Warm up before thermoforming process
Heat both sides
Keep material in moisture protective wrap until ready to use
Excessive heating speedDecrease heater's temperature
Slower heating process
Increase heater's and film distance
Film is not heated equally in all areasNot homogeneous film
